European Commission publishes draft delegated regulation on non-road mobile machinery The European Commission has published the first draft of the delegated regulation supplementing Regulation (EU) 2025/14, setting out the technical safety and design requirements, as well as the maximum masses and dimensions that allow the road circulation of non-road mobile machinery.
