Pramac celebrates its 25th anniversary in Murcia paying tribute to people that have built their history
Cartagena, March 5, 2026 - Pramac commemorated the 25th anniversary of its facilities in the Region of Murcia with a commemorative event held at the El Batel Auditorium in Cartagena. The event brought together around 300 attendees in an evening marked by the recognition of the people who have made the company's growth possible since 2001.
The gala, presented by journalist Azucena Marín, was attended by Ms. Marisa López Aragón, Minister of Enterprise, Employment and Social Economy of the Region of Murcia, and Mr. Pedro Ángel Roca Tornel, Mayor of Torre Pacheco.
Among the nearly 300 attendees were employees, customers, collaborators, business partners and technical services, as well as representatives of national industry associations in which the company participates, such as ASEAMAC, ANAPAT and AECE.
The event was opened by Andrés Granados, Pramac's regional general manager for Iberia, LATAM and PALOP, who highlighted the significant development experienced by the company over the last 25 years. In his speech, he underlined the fundamental role played by employees, collaborators and customers throughout the company's history, which has allowed thousands of generator sets and other equipment manufactured at the Murcian plant to reach markets all over the world.
During the ceremony, he thanked the Campinoti family, founders of Grupo Pramac, for the strategic decision to install their factory in Murcia, as well as for the investments made since then, which have been directly reflected in the expansion and modernization of the plant in Balsicas, Murcia, which currently has an area of over 26,000 square meters.
A strategic subsidiary within the Group
For his part, Niccolò Borracchini, the group's corporate general manager, emphasized that Pramac's performance in Spain has far exceeded initial forecasts since its integration into the group. Today, the subsidiary has established itself as one of the main drivers of Generac's international growth, with particular prominence in markets such as Latin America and Portuguese-speaking African countries, as well as in new strategic segments such as data centers.
During the gala, a video message was projected by Paolo Campinoti, CEO of Pramac and Executive Vice President of Generac International, who wanted to recognize the commitment and human quality of the more than 300 professionals who make up the Iberian subsidiary and congratulated the entire team for the achievements of these 25 years.
Commitment to the Region of Murcia
The Regional Minister for Enterprise, Employment and Social Economy of the Region of Murcia, Marisa López Aragón, highlighted Pramac's commitment to the region since its establishment 25 years ago. During her speech, she highlighted the company's case as an example of commitment to talent, industrial capacity and entrepreneurship in Murcia.
Recognition of the trajectory of employees and collaborators
One of the most emotional moments of the evening was the presentation of awards to employees and collaborators who have made an outstanding contribution to the company's history.
First of all, the workers with the longest seniority in the company were honored: Conchi Rosique, Azucena Montelío, Mª José Meroño, Mariano González, José Ángel Rubio, José García, Josefa Alcaraz, Miguel Hernández, Ramón Martínez and José Antonio López.
In the chapter of acknowledgements to collaborators, the trajectory of various commercial agents with a long relationship with Pramac was recognized: Emilio Abalo, Genesur, Bernardo Representaciones, J. Celma e Hijos, Representaciones Valle and Daniel López. He also highlighted the collaboration of three technical services that have accompanied the company over the years: Electromotor Herrero, Estarelles and Rodiniher.
Special Recognition
The event concluded with the presentation of seven special awards for the professional careers of employees who have played a key role in the company over the years: Francisco Javier Hernández, Operations Director; Mariano González, Regional Director of Service & Parts; Jucky Campolongo, MHE Sales Director for Europe; Fernando Langarita, Director of Commercial Operations; Martín Lino Aparicio, Production Manager; Faustino Martínez, Assembly Operator, whose career was given a special ovation by the attendees, and Andrés Granados, Pramac's Regional General Manager for Iberia, LATAM and PALOP, whose work has been decisive for the company's growth since his incorporation in 2003.
With this commemorative event, Pramac wanted to thank the support received during these 25 years in the Region of Murcia and reaffirm its commitment to industrial development, innovation and people as fundamental pillars of its business project.
