At ANMOPYC we have specialized knowledge of national and international technical regulations affecting construction and mining equipment, as well as extensive experience in the provision of technical advisory services. This combination positions us as a national reference in the field of regulations and industrial safety.
ANMOPYC is a corporate member of UNE (Spanish Association for Standardization) and actively participates in national standardization committees of interest to the sector, acting as technical secretary or member, as the case may be.
This participation allows us to collaborate directly in the development of key technical aspects such as safety, environment, digitalization or decarbonization, as well as to have first-hand information and influence the content of regulations and technical standards relevant to the sector.
We are part of CECE (Committee for European Construction Equipment), from where we defend and represent the interests of the national industrial sector before the legislative bodies of the European Union, actively participating in the development of European and international standards.
ANMOPYC is also part of the Spanish Construction Technology Platform (Plataforma Tecnológica Española de la Construcción). (PTEC), with which it coordinates a Machinery and Equipment Working Group.
The objective of this group is to create an ecosystem of technological innovation that aligns the needs of the construction industry value chain and fosters collaboration to develop more productive, safe and environmentally friendly construction processes.
European harmonized standards play a key role in helping manufacturers to design and manufacture machines that meet the essential health and safety requirements set out in the legislation governing the marketing of machinery in the European Union.
ANMOPYC offers a personalized advisory and technical consultancy service to machinery manufacturers to help them comply with the technical requirements established in the regulations and standards applicable in the different countries of destination, as well as to obtain the necessary conformity certificates for the commercialization of their products.
From ANMOPYC we organize webinars, training activities and technical seminars on matters of special relevance and interest to our associates.
In addition, we have our own section in the industry magazine Intercompany Public Works, where we periodically publish technical articles aimed at disseminating and clarifying aspects related to the regulations governing the marketing and use of construction and mining machinery and equipment in the European Union, especially with regard to CE marking.
