ANMOPYC acts as the association that represents and defends the interests of the manufacturers of machinery, equipment and products of the construction and mining machinery sector in Spain, acting as their voice before the different administrations and institutions.
We represent a large number of industrial companies and work to ensure that their activities are carried out in a favorable, competitive and wealth-generating environment for the sector.
ANMOPYC is the only national association that specifically represents the construction and mining machinery sector in Spain. Our active involvement in the main bodies of the sector allows us to act as a recognized interlocutor and defend the interests of our members before the public administrations.
Through its membership in CECE (Committee for European Construction Equipment), ANMOPYC defends and represents the interests of the national industrial sector before the European Institutions, such as the European Commission and the European Parliament.
During the period 2024-2025, ANMOPYC has held the presidency of CECE, reinforcing the presence and weight of the Spanish sector at the European level. CECE coordinates the positions of national associations and their members to influence European and national institutions, with the aim of achieving a fair competitive environment based on harmonized rules and regulations.
ANMOPYC is represented on the Board of Directors, the General Assembly, the Technical Committees and the Economic Reports and Statistics Groups of CECE, ensuring that Spain is informed, relevant and has a voice in the main European forums.
ANMOPYC has been recognized as a Collaborating Entity of ICEX, as it is an exporting association with a substantial representativeness and a continuous activity in the foreign promotion of the construction and mining machinery sector.
We work together with the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX) in the promotion of Spanish machinery in international markets, through the development of an annual action plan that includes different initiatives aimed at promoting sales of Spanish equipment abroad.
Since July 5, 2011, ANMOPYC has been registered in the National Registry of Innovative Business Groups (AEI) of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism (MINCOTUR).
The registration was renewed in 2023 following the positive assessment of the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan, which defines the cluster's roadmap for the coming years and reinforces its role in driving innovation and competitiveness in the sector.
