In Madrid, on April 3, 2025, at a ceremony held at Paseo de la Castellana, 179, Madrid, the following formalization took place constitution of the Business Confederation “Alianza Eleva”.”.
This new organism was born as a result of the union of seven and equipment sector business associations: ANAGRUAL, AECE, ANAPAT, ANMOPYC, FANAGRUMAC, ASEAMAC, and with the IPAF collaboration as a collaborating partner.
The ELEVA Alliance has been formed by the Business Associations of the professional field of the mobile machinery industry for lifting loads or people and other related fields.
The signing of the bylaws marks the official start of this confederation, whose purpose is to consolidate and represent the common interests of participating entities, promoting cooperation and transversal development in the sector. The creation of *Alianza Eleva* is supported by Law 19/1977 and Royal Decree 416/2015, which regulate business and trade union organizations in Spain.
Guiding principles of «Alianza Eleva»
The approved bylaws establish the following fundamental principles to guarantee a democratic and representative organization:
- Equality in decision-making:** Each member of the governing bodies shall have the same percentage of voting rights.
- Election of the President:** The position shall be appointed by the General Assembly.
- Collegial leadership:** Priority is given to a model based on collective leadership as opposed to unipersonal leadership.
- Plurality and diversity:** We value transversality and do not demand exclusivity from members in order to belong to *Alianza Eleva*.
ELEVA's main purpose is to represent, defend and promote the interests of its members, including occupational health and safety, training; in short, the defense of the mobile machinery industry for lifting loads or people and other related areas.
Interim Steering Committee
At this founding ceremony, a provisional steering committee has been appointed to lead the first steps of the confederation. This committee is composed of:

Members: Outstanding representatives of each member association.
Objectives
After the constitution and awaiting the celebration of the general assembly where the steering committee is ratified, as well as setting the guidelines for the work of the Eleva Alliance in the coming months, work is already underway to improve the representativeness of the sector by applying for membership of the Eleva Alliance in CEOE, as a strategic move aimed at giving visibility to the industry of lifting loads and people and make ELEVA a benchmark in front of the Administration.
Another objective of ELEVA, will be the promotion of the sector, in order to alleviate one of the great scourges such as the shortage of technicians, mechanics and operators.
With this historic step, *Alianza Eleva* positions itself as a key platform to promote sustainable development, innovation and cooperation between companies in the sector. Plurality and shared leadership will be fundamental pillars to face the challenges of the future.
