AUSA introduces a new all-terrain forklift and a reversible dumper

AUSA, a manufacturer of compact all-terrain industrial vehicles, has unveiled three new products ahead of the upcoming edition of Bauma, where it will have an outdoor stand (FM.710/3) covering 520 square meters. In line with its commitment to sustainability, AUSA has launched its first electric all-terrain forklift, the C151E, along with a low-emission combustion engine version, the C151H, and a new 6-ton reversible-drive dumper, the DR602AHG.

C151E: The Electric All-Terrain Forklift

The renewed 1.5-ton forklift range has been redesigned to optimize performance and efficiency. With this model, AUSA now has at least one electrified vehicle in each of its product lines, adding to the D101AEA, D101AEA Compact, and D151AEG dumpers, as well as the T164E telescopic handler.

The new C151E electric all-terrain forklift has a 1,500 kg load capacity and a maximum lifting height of up to 4 meters. Its 19.6 kW electric motor electronically manages power delivery, ensuring smooth operation and off-road performance comparable to combustion models. Its 18.6 kWh battery provides the autonomy needed for a demanding workday in this type of application.

Designed for low-emission environments, such as greenhouses, nighttime municipal works, and enclosed spaces, the C151E expands its range of applications compared to conventional all-terrain forklifts, enabling greater equipment optimization.

Alongside the electric version, AUSA has introduced the C151H, equipped with an 18.5 kW engine and available in 4x4 and 4x2 versions. The 4x2 variant features a tight turning radius of just 2,690 mm, making it highly maneuverable in confined spaces.

The New DR602AHG Reversible Dumper

The DR602AHG is an evolution of the 601 model. With a 6,000 kg load capacity and a side-dumping hopper, its standout feature is the reversible driving position. The operator can rotate the seat, steering wheel, and controls by 180º, ensuring forward-facing driving at all times and maintaining optimal visibility. This design enhances safety in earthmoving operations and reduces the need for complex maneuvers, increasing operational efficiency.

The operator’s station has been redesigned for greater space and comfort, featuring a suspension-integrated seat. The foldable ROPS protection structure is complemented by safety railings, which not only improve protection but also facilitate easy access from both sides of the vehicle.

The DR602AHG also includes a large-access hatch, improving accessibility to the engine and maintenance components. Key elements such as the air, oil, and fuel filters, radiator, and tanks have been strategically positioned to reduce downtime and simplify servicing.

In addition to its FM.710/3 stand in Bauma’s outdoor area, AUSA will also be present at JLG’s stand, showcasing the D151AEG electric dumper and the T164E electric telescopic handler. Visitors will also have the opportunity to discover JLG’s latest innovations, as well as products from Hinowa and Power Towers.
