Bezares improves its finishing process with cataphoresis.
Bezares continues to improve its manufacturing and finishing processes by implementing cataphoresis in its painting process.
Cataphoresis is a coating method that consists of providing a dispersed solid component with an electrical charge to the surface of the metal part to be coated with an opposite electrical charge.
In the case of Bezares products, it is an electro-paint coating on various hydraulic components, with the intention that these products obtain a higher resistance to atmospheric agents.
This coating is known to increase the anti-corrosive properties and represents a great added value for automotive and industrial parts where optimum antioxidant protection is required, with the potential to increase its service life while maintaining its appearance and finish for longer, even under the harshest working conditions.
Bezares is already shipping pumps and valves with this new built-in paint process and will continue to expand it to other product lines.
