Four decades later, they have more than 300 prestress concrete manufacturers among their customers

This past January, Resimart celebrated the 42 years since it saw the light of the first machine for precast concrete that it put on the market. It was 1978 and, four decades later, they have more than 300 prestress concrete manufacturers among their customers.

Their customers are the companies dedicated to the manufacture of precast concrete products which are distributed practically all over the world, but if we talk about markets in which Resimart has managed to introduce and consolidate their solutions those are the markets of eastern Europe and northern Africa, where in recent years they have been developing large-scale projects, including the installation and commissioning of complete plants for the precast concrete.

Adaptation to the client

One of the hallmarks of Resimart is the development of new equipment thanks to constant innovation to achieve increasingly precise and reliable machines, which adapt to the needs of precast concrete manufacturers.

In addition, it offers its customers a series of services that provide an added value of utmost importance, such as the tasks of assembly, start-up and training of all its equipment for the correct use of Remart ® machines and facilities.

Its casting machines and extruders allow the manufacture of prestressed concrete with the technique chosen by the customer according to their needs or production capacity.

Along with these solutions, Resimart offers a whole series of machinery designed to facilitate and improve productivity in the creation processes of precast concrete: wire pullers, saws, cleaning machines, transporters... suitable complements for factories specialized in prestressed concrete parts.

The great value provided by the versatility of Resimart equipment, makes it possible to manufacture products as different as T-beams, tubular beams, hollow core slabs, vineyard and fence posts, piles, lintels, crossbars, curbs, all from 6 cm to 50 cm. height, up to 2.40 in width and reaching spans (distance between supports) of more than 14mts. In addition, this versatility allows our equipment to be adapted to any existing factory, thus allowing any manufacturer in the world to acquire our equipment to expand, improve or automate their production.

In addition, the Spanish company decided to include a wide portfolio of services in its offer giving a comprehensive service to its customers helping them in the installation and commissioning of all its products.

The extensive experience in the sector, added to the vocation of service, has led the company to also offer prior advice to those companies and investors who want to enter the sector of the construction of precast concrete.

Traditionally, in Resimart we show our equipment in different exhibitions around the world and also this year, as every three, everybody will be able to find us at stand C1-444 of the Bauma Munich from the 24th to the 30th of October.
