Solintal arm and rocker arm for the maritime works company Boskalis
The latest delivery Solintal made to Boskalis was for a large arm and rocker arm to be mounted onto a digger installed on a pontoon.

company Royal Boskalis Westminster NV is known around the world for its
dredging and heavy-lift work in the maritime infrastructure sector at an
international level. The company has one of the largest dredging fleets in the
world and one if its most important suppliers is the Madrid-based company
Solintal, which makes all kinds of structures for the enormous naval fleet,

latest delivery Solintal made to Boskalis was for a large arm and rocker arm to
be mounted onto a digger installed on a pontoon. Specifically, it is a 55-ton
arm that is 16.4 metres long, 3.06 metres wide, and 3.9 metres tall. The rocker
arm weighs 40 tons and is 14.7 metres long, 2.3 metres wide and 3.2 metres
tall. Both parts have a specific design for the work they will be doing,
featuring a robust and reinforced construction, and several hydraulic
connections for use alongside different tools.
