AUSA, a manufacturer of compact off-road industrial vehicles, has presented three new products in the run-up to the new edition of Bauma, where it will have an outdoor stand (FM.710/3) measuring 520 square meters. In line with its commitment to sustainability, AUSA has launched its first electric all-terrain forklift, the C151E, as well as its low-emission combustion engine version, the C151H, and a new reversible dumper with a 6-ton load capacity, the DR602AHG.
C151E: the electric all-terrain forklift truck
The renewed range of 1.5 tonne forklifts has been redesigned to optimize performance and profitability. With this model, AUSA now has at least one electrified vehicle in each of its product lines, in addition to the D101AEA, D101AEA Compact and D151AEG dumpers, as well as the T164E telehandler.
The new C151E electric all-terrain forklift has a load capacity of 1,500 kg and a maximum lift height of up to 4 meters. Its electric motor 19.6 kW electronically manages power for smooth delivery and off-road performance comparable to combustion models. Its battery of up to 18.6 kWh provides the necessary autonomy to complete a demanding workday in this type of application.
Designed to operate in areas where low emissions are required, such as greenhouses, nighttime municipal worksites and closed environments, the C151E extends the possibilities of use compared to a conventional all-terrain forklift truck, allowing for greater optimization of the equipment.
Along with the electric version, AUSA has launched the C151H, equipped with an 18.5 kW engine and available in 4×4 and 4×2 versions. The 4×2 variant offers a reduced turning radius of just 2,690 mm, facilitating maneuverability in confined spaces.
The new reversible dumper DR602AHG
The DR602AHG is the evolution of the 601 model. With a load capacity of 6,000 kg and a hopper with side discharge, its main feature is the reversibility of the driving position. The operator can turn the seat, steering wheel and controls through 180° to always be able to drive forward while maintaining optimal visibility. This configuration improves safety in earthmoving tasks and reduces the need for maneuvering, contributing to greater operating efficiency.
The design of the driving position has been optimized, providing more space and comfort thanks to an integrated suspension seat. The ROPS protective structure can be folded back and is complemented by handrails. The safety devices, which, in addition to improving protection, facilitate access to the dumper from both sides of the vehicle.
The DR602AHG incorporates a new large hatch that improves accessibility to the engine and service components. Items such as air, oil and fuel filters, radiator and tanks have been strategically located to reduce downtime and facilitate service.
In addition to its stand FM.710/3 in the outdoor area of Bauma, AUSA will also be present at the JLG space, where the D151AEG electric dumper and the T164E electric telehandler will be on display. At this stand, visitors will also be able to learn about the latest innovations from JLG, as well as products from Hinowa and Power Towers.
