Cement consumption grew by 7.8% in the first quarter, bringing the cumulative figure to 3,587,540 tons, 263,489 more than in the same period in 2024, according to the latest data published in the Cement Statistics.
In March, consumption rose by 10.4%, which in absolute values translates into 1,215,778 tons, with a gain of 114,936 tons compared to the same month in 2024.
