The latest infographic of the Construction Industry Observatory, which analyzes the main sector indicators published up to the end of 2023, highlights, compared to 2022, a percentage increase in the main parameters: enrollment, occupancy, tenders, new construction permits and registered companies.
Specifically, employment, enrollment grew at an annual rate of 2.71 Q2.71TP3Q according to data from the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, The General Regime stood out, with an increase of 3.5%, compared to 0.7% for the Self-Employed. In the Observatory's analysis, the positive annual variation in the percentage of female affiliates was once again noteworthy, with an increase of 4.3%, reaching 157,020 and currently representing 11.2% of the total number of people affiliated to the construction sector.
