From June 1 to 5, 2026, Santander will host IC2 - Innovation Industry Construction Congress, an international congress designed as a meeting point for all players in the construction, building and infrastructure ecosystem.
IC2 is jointly organized by the Spanish Construction Technology Platform (PTEC), the University of Cantabria and the Construction Cluster Network with the aim of projecting Spanish innovation in construction to Europe and the rest of the world.
For five days, IC2 will bring together companies, technology centers, universities, administrations and professionals from the sector to promote the industrialization, sustainability and digitalization of construction. The congress will offer an active space for collaboration, knowledge transfer and development of business opportunities.
The main themes of the congress are:
- Industrialization and construction technologies
- Sustainability and circular economy
- Digitization, BIM and digital twins
- Talent, training and cultural transformation
- Intelligent infrastructures
- Collaborative innovation and financing
