Significant progress in the regulation of the circulation of mobile machinery

European Commission publishes draft delegated regulation on non-road mobile machinery

The European Commission has published the first draft of the delegated regulation supplementing Regulation (EU) 2025/14, establishing the technical safety and design requirements, as well as the maximum masses and dimensions that allow non-road mobile machinery to circulate on the road.

The document will be analyzed this month by the Working Group on Agricultural Vehicles and Mobile Machinery (WGAT), with several sessions to refine the text before it is sent to the Member States' expert group for a non-binding opinion.

The ANMOPYC Mobile Machinery Working Group is analyzing this draft with the objective of preparing a position paper on the Commission's proposed requirements.
