To meet the high standards, an advanced TT slab mold has been designed, manufactured, and supplied, with a capacity of 600 tons and a total length of 52.5 meters. This mold is specially conceived for the efficient, mass production of prestressed concrete beams with variable cross-sections.
The mold is comprised of four assembled modules, forming a versatile production line capable of adjusting to different technical specifications according to project needs. The beam rib height is hydraulically adjustable, with a minimum dimension of 300 mm and a maximum of 1000 mm. It also allows for a variable beam width between 3.5 and 3.8 meters.
Among the integrated technological innovations, its hydraulic system for rapid bottom setting, active and passive head, digitally controlled electric vibration system and advanced heating system ensure optimum concrete quality regardless of external weather conditions.
In addition, it is equipped with a synchronized hydraulic relaxation and prestressing unit, equipped with two de-tensioning cylinders of 300 tons each, allowing the required high total tensioning capacity to be achieved. This state-of-the-art configuration ensures dimensional accuracy, fast production cycles and maximum structural strength of the precast parts.
