Moldtech, a recognized firm specialized in design and equipment for industrial prefabrication, has started the assembly of a complete factory in the Balkans, designed exclusively to meet the needs of its distinguished client.
At the start of this tailor-made project, Moldtech has initiated the supply and assembly of two tilting tables, designed to optimize specific production processes. With dimensions of 14×4 meters, to produce precast concrete panels in various thicknesses for industrial constructions.
The tilting mechanism allows easy removal of the panels in the vertical position with less concrete hardening time.
Panels for industrial constructions are usually molded to a standard size and therefore a fixed band and a hinged band are used.
The scope of supply includes a full range of molds and precast concrete equipment for the construction of a complete factory, Moldtech's expertise in industrial facility design seeks to maximize operational efficiency. From space layout to equipment and system selection, the goal is to achieve an optimized workflow that reduces production times and minimizes operating costs. Equipment selection will include molds for frames, column molds, universal track, molds for different types of beams, ladder molds, cupolas, among others.
The entire project, which encompasses the design, supply and assembly of the factory, is expected to be completed during the first period of 2024. This ambitious schedule highlights Moldtech's efficiency and expertise in executing highly complex custom projects.
