On October 24, Order PEJ/1386/2025, of October 8, was published in the BOA (Official Gazette of the Autonomous Community of Aragon), whereby aid is called for business projects for Industrial Transformation and Development in Aragon, Line TDI-FEDER, corresponding to the fiscal year 2026.
The purpose of this Order is to call for aid for business projects of large companies and SMEs, which already carry out their activity or will carry out their activity in the Autonomous Community of Aragon, which can be considered as industrial or related activity, or which, developing an economic activity of any kind, has a differentiated potential of added, economic or social value.
This aid consists of non-refundable grants to be awarded on a competitive basis which, according to the provisions of the call for proposals, will be governed by the EU block exemption regulation and/or the EU de minimis aid regulation, depending on the category of aid requested and the type of company requesting this aid.
The categories to which projects may be submitted in this call for proposals are as follows:
- Regional investment aid
- Aid for investment in favor of SMEs (only in the municipality of Zaragoza)
- Grants for industrial research and experimental development.
- Aid for process and organizational innovation
- Grants for innovation - intellectual property rights
- Grants for technical consulting services
As regards the contents and themes of the aid applications, the promotion of aspects such as digital transformation, Industry 4.0, fundamental enabling technologies (electronic and communication technologies, biotechnologies, nanotechnologies, new materials, etc.), sustainability and green transformation, innovation, both industrial research and experimental development (R&D) and industrial design of products and services (+i) and, in general, the promotion of actions aimed at improving industrial autonomy and the weight of industry in the economy as a whole are favored.
Eligible expenditures and aid intensity (with percentages ranging from 10 to 80%) will depend on the type of project submitted in the application, the size of the company and its geographic location.
The general period for carrying out the subsidized actions (eligible period) begins on June 1, 2025 and runs through June 30, 2026, both dates inclusive.
The period for submitting grant applications will be open from October 25, 2025 to January 15, 2026, both included.
