The National Construction Confederation (CNC) is the main business organization of the construction sector in Spain, grouping together the vast majority of business organizations in this sector.
Incorporated in 1977, under Law 19/1977 of April 1, 1977 on the Regulation of the Right to Trade Union Association, its objective is to represent the sector before the public authorities or other national and international, public or private entities.
At the national level, the CNC is a member of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE) and the Spanish Confederation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (CEPYME). At the European Union level, CNC is a member of the Federation of the European Construction Industry (FIEC), as well as of the European Builders Confederation (EBC) through the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Group.
