GITECO - Research Group on Construction Technology
Who are we?
GITECO is part of the Department of Transport and Technology of Projects and Processes of the University of Cantabria, and develops its activity in the E.T.S. de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos.
GITECO combines R&D&I in construction procedures, equipment and materials with consulting, technical assistance and management of its laboratories: LAGUC and SUDSlab.
The interdisciplinary nature of its team allows it to address each of the challenges posed. Thus, since its foundation in 2002, GITECO has participated in many national and international projects, has registered numerous patents and has generated industrial designs, utility models and civil engineering software.
