POYATOS offers, since 1975, a wide range of complete installations for the manufacture of blocks and other concrete products, with different levels of automation and production capacity (800 - 5000 blocks/hour), with concrete batching plant, fixed presses and equipment for the transport and palletization of pieces.
The factory is located in Granada (Spain) and has a covered surface area of 30,000 m2.
Equipped with robotized and numerical control machines, it follows manufacturing processes that allow us to reduce costs with a high quality in the finishing of our products. The modular vibration system, patented with Poyatos, is a fast and efficient system, with low maintenance and excellent performance, and above all it enjoys total reliability.
