Association of Construction Companies and Infrastructure Concessionaires

Who are we?

SEOPAN, Asociación de Empresas Constructoras y Concesionarias de Infraestructuras, was created in 1957 and, in 2014 merged its activities with ASETA (Asociación de Sociedades Españolas Concesionarias de Autopistas, Túneles, Puentes y Vías de Peaje) and ATTA (Asociación Tecnológica para el Tratamiento de Agua).

The organization currently has 40 full members engaged in the construction and management of public infrastructure through concession contracts. Of these, six are listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange. Together, the associates represent a production volume of close to 73 billion euros, employing more than 450,000 people worldwide.
