In the area of training and talent, ANMOPYC has taken decisive steps to strengthen the capabilities of the construction and mining machinery sector.

Our goal is to consolidate our position as a benchmark for knowledge and as a forum for dialogue within the industry, connecting the machinery manufacturing sector with centers that supply knowledge and/or technology, and bringing companies closer to the trends that will shape the future of the sector.

A strategic approach to training and talent attraction

ANMOPYC works to identify and address the sector's main challenges in terms of training and talent, in order to ensure its continuity, competitiveness and adaptation to the new demands of the labor market.

What do we do at ANMOPYC?

Training and talent needs analysis

Realization of studies among partner companies to identify training and talent recruitment needs.
These studies have made it possible to obtain an accurate radiography of the current situation of the sector, The challenges that were brought to light were as follows:

    • The poor connection between training centers and companies.
    • The difficulty in attracting trained talent to the sector.
    • The absence of attractive career plans.
    • The persistence of an outdated image of the sector.

Elaboration of a nationwide survey on relevant training courses for member companies and the training centers where they are given, with the aim of aligning training plans with the real needs of the organizations.

Promoting training and visibility initiatives for the sector

  • Organization of the 1st Competition of Future Professionals in Machinery and Lifting, The European Future Professionals Association (AFUPRO), in collaboration with AFUPRO, the European Association of Future Professionals and the ELEVA alliance.

  • Collaboration in the celebration of the Future Commercial Vehicle and Machinery Professionals Competition, in the framework of the fair MOTORTEC 2025.

Participation in job fairs and other specialized forums to strengthen the connection between students, professionals and companies, and to give visibility to the professional opportunities offered by the sector.

Governance and collaborative work in talent

Creation of the Talent Committee, conceived as a collaborative work space oriented to:

    • Identify needs of the sector.
    • Promote joint initiatives.

Promote the connection between companies, educational centers and institutions.

A key role in the transformation of the talent model

Through these actions, ANMOPYC seeks to consolidate its position as a key player in the transformation of the sector's talent model, promoting a more modern, attractive vision that is aligned with the current and future demands of the labor market.
