Next Tuesday, December 16th, in collaboration with our associated partner Trade Law Management (TLM), we have organized a webinar aimed at practically demonstrating to companies how to use trade defense instruments (anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguards) to address the increase in imports from third countries.
Why participate?
The European Commission continues to publish weekly anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations or Regulations imposing measures on imports, mainly from China. A few days ago, the European mobile crane manufacturing industry filed a complaint against Chinese imports, as they do not consider it fair to compete with products whose prices do not even come close to covering the raw material, energy, and production costs of a European mobile crane manufacturer.
Given the volume of imports shown in the statistics and the significant activity in the area of trade defense this year, we believe it is time for our associates to learn firsthand about the trade defense measures at their disposal.
