No<br \/>\nwill only benefit workers who operate construction machinery and who<br \/>\nmay be exposed to hazardous noise levels during long working hours.<br \/>\nThe company is not only a supplier to the labor market, but also to people who live in the vicinity of construction sites.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Employers are legally responsible for assessing and<br \/>\nmanage the risks due to noise for its employees in accordance with the Royal Decree of<br \/>\nDecree 286\/2006 relating to the exposure of workers to the risks posed by the<br \/>\nnoise emissions. The quieter the machines you buy or the more noise<br \/>\nrent, the easier it will be to manage noise exposure and, therefore, to meet<br \/>\nlegal obligations.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">To do this, it is necessary to choose manufacturers or<br \/>\nsuppliers of machinery that satisfactorily complies with the regulations in<br \/>\nand adequately provide the mandatory information on noise emissions and<br \/>\nthe noise emitted.
