{"id":5575,"date":"2024-04-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-04-19T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2024-04-19T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2024-04-19T05:00:00","slug":"solintal-lrd-new-project-in-poland-together-with-acciona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/anmopyc.es\/en\/solintal-lrd-nuevo-proyecto-en-polonia-junto-con-acciona\/","title":{"rendered":"SOLINTAL LRD, new project in Poland, together with Acciona"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For Solintal LRD, the collaboration in this innovative project is a further step in its recognition as a company specialized in the design and development of operations for the international public works sector.<\/p>\n<p>Work has been carried out on the modification of 3 Volvo A35D and A35E articulated dumpers, over 11 meters long, 3 meters wide and about 4 meters high, originally with a 20 m3 capacity box.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Solintal LRD, a leading engineering company in the design, manufacture and maintenance of machinery and integral solutions for industry, has developed, together with Acciona's Polish subsidiary Mostostal Warszawa, a solution for the transport of concrete segments of up to 14 tons each, which will be placed in the tunnel of the S-19 highway in Poland.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%;\">For its development, work has been carried out on the modification of two Volvo A35D articulated dump trucks and another A35E model, over 11 meters long, 3 meters wide and nearly 4 meters high, originally with a 20 m3 box capacity. In this line, a lightweight structure has been designed in order to leave the permitted load capacity of 28,000 kg intact and to reduce the empty weight of each of the three truck units by almost 2,000 kg.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; line-height: 18.4px;\">Likewise, the adaptation has front and rear protection against the hypothetical case of a segment moving in the event of a collision of the truck or an improper mooring. In this case, the protections are calculated to support the segments and especially not to collide with the operator's cabin, preserving at all times the safety and health of the equipment involved.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%;\">The machine has been designed and manufactured in accordance with the following requirements<br \/>\nRoyal Decree 1644\/2008, which transposes into the Spanish regulatory framework the<br \/>\nEuropean Machinery Directive 2006\/42\/EC. This, with the aim of realizing the<br \/>\noperations required for the construction of the project and guaranteeing, at the same time, the<br \/>\nThe safety conditions of the machine itself are also improved. Thanks to this<br \/>\nIn addition to the modification, stability and safety in the transportation of<br \/>\nand the sliding forces are reduced.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><b>Thoroughness, a key element in<br \/>\nSolintal's development<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%;\">In particular, this innovative solution allows<br \/>\nparties involved to carry out the work of transporting the segments on the<br \/>\nthe site, removing the bucket from the truck along with the truck's equipment.<br \/>\nhydraulic actuators, such as hydraulic hoses, hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic<br \/>\nauxiliary components of the box and eliminating the flipping function of the box.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%;\">The attachment installed on the truck is designed<br \/>\nwith a curvature for loading segments with an outer radius of 7,325 mm, 600 mm<br \/>\nthickness and a maximum width of 2 033 mm. This curvature of the implement<br \/>\nmakes the voussoirs much more seated and stable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"text-align: left;\">The construction of the S19 is considered to be one of the most important<br \/>\nThe most technologically advanced infrastructure works in Poland.
