Coordinator of Digitalization, Innovation and Communication of the FCJP,<br \/>\ngave a geopolitical overview of how Artificial Intelligence is changing and<br \/>\nis going to change the world: \u201cThree transitions are taking place in parallel: one<br \/>\ntransition of power, an energy and ecological transition, and a transition of<br \/>\nan analog economy to a digital economy\u201d. He also noted that \u201cEurope<br \/>\nhas to wake up. The era of naivety is over. We cannot<br \/>\nthat we \u201dremain indifferent to these transitions\" and that we have the need to<br \/>\n\u201cto engage in a reflexive exercise of freedom: invest less in regulations<br \/>\nand more in training to educate our citizens and to make them aware of<br \/>\nreality\u201d. On the legislative issue, he made his assessment on the recent<br \/>\napproved European Regulation on AI: \u201cIt is a complex horizontal instrument,<br \/>\nincomplete and becomes obsolete to a certain extent due to the rapid evolution that<br \/>\nhave these technologies. As a conclusion, he commented that \u201dwe have to improve this<br \/>\nAI regulation to avoid a digital divide in Europe\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: left;\">Then<br \/>\nPedro Prado, head of the Technological Innovation Planning and Monitoring Department at<br \/>\nthe Community of Madrid, presented the system of aid to innovation<br \/>\ntechnological solutions in force in the Community of Madrid and some success stories<br \/>\nin innovation projects such as the VALREC - Modelo de<br \/>\ncircular economy in construction with innovative solutions for the<br \/>\nrecovery of Construction and Demolition Waste (CDW), SOSTEVAL-TEC - Development of a<br \/>\ncomprehensive system for assessing and certifying the sustainability of<br \/>\ncivil works through digital twins,<br \/>\nsensors, AI and blockchain o COGNITIVE HOSPITAL - Development of a platform<br \/>\nfor the integrated management of hospitals through technologies<br \/>\nadvanced technologies such as AI, IoT, Big Data, augmented reality, Blockchain or 5G networks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: left;\">For<br \/>\nFrancisco Campuzano, Head of the Planning Section, will conclude this round table,<br \/>\nInformation Systems and Research Office. Housing Agency and<br \/>\nRehabilitation in the Junta de Andaluc\u00eda, presented<br \/>\nthe innovation actions carried out by the Housing Agency and the<br \/>\nRehabilitation of Andalusia (AVRA) and its projects with<br \/>\nArtificial Intelligence: nZEISHB -<br \/>\npublic procurement of innovation that will make it possible to develop an expert system that will<br \/>\nwill make it possible to design multi-family buildings with near-zero energy consumption,<br \/>\nZEBAI - AI applied to the optimization of zero-emission building design<br \/>\no COSMIC - AI and data for large-scale energy resource optimization<br \/>\nscale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">During<br \/>\nthe inspirational presentation <b>\u201cDigitizing and<br \/>\nmodernizing the construction business with AI\u201d.\u201d<\/b><br \/>\nby Inmaculada Granado, Field Sales Representative for Services and<br \/>\nConstruction of Google Cloud Spain, Google services were presented.<br \/>\nCloud and the security they bring to companies:&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">\u00abThe<br \/>\nartificial intelligence in the cloud such as Google Cloud enables rapid adoption and<br \/>\nthe use of highly scalable models and resources\u00bb.\u00bb<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">, he said. During his presentation he<br \/>\nanalyzed the power of Google's Artificial Intelligence solutions.<br \/>\nwithin the construction industry: \u201cFrom continuous video analysis<br \/>\nit has been possible to draw up reports on the progress of the work, costs or prevention of<br \/>\noccupational hazards, among others,\u201d he explained.  Also<br \/>\nmentioned how to realize its<br \/>\nThe implementation of the system within the companies of the sector, through the<br \/>\nconcept of sovereign cloud and digital sovereignty: \u201dGoogle Cloud is the first<br \/>\nhyperscalar certified in the National Security Scheme in which you can<br \/>\nchoose where your data is stored, depending on the needs of your business.\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: left;\">At<br \/>\nthe table of <b>\u201cAI Strategies in the<br \/>\nConstruction: Innovation from the Machinery to the Final Project\u201d.\u201d<\/b>&nbsp;moderated by Mariano Sanz, secretary general of CNC, were presented.<br \/>\nstrategies, success stories and failures of companies when it comes to the realization of<br \/>\ntechnological implementations within its services and production processes<br \/>\noffered.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: left;\">Beginning<br \/>\nPedro Jos\u00e9 Ayala, Director of R&amp;D and Innovation, opened the round of presentations at this roundtable.<br \/>\nInnovation in FRUMECAR, emphasized the important technological commitment to<br \/>\npart of FRUMECAR through Frumecar Intelligent Systems, a division of FRUMECAR's<br \/>\nresponsible for the implementation of technological solutions in their equipment. Some<br \/>\nof these solutions are based on AI, such as the evolution of the<br \/>\nconcrete batching plant control system called K2 5.0: \u201cWe are evolving our<br \/>\nconcrete batching plant control systems to adapt them to the use of the concrete plant.<br \/>\nartificial intelligence so that the machine itself knows whether it is working or not.<br \/>\nwithin the expected parameters, thus avoiding malfunctions\u201d,<br \/>\nhe explained. He also presented the FrumecarGPT intelligent assistant: \u201cWe have<br \/>\ngot an assistant who is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,<br \/>\nwho speaks 50 languages and is an expert in all of our products in order to<br \/>\nto solve the operating and control problems that may arise in the<br \/>\nto our customers, among other functions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: left;\">A<br \/>\nGabriel Garc\u00eda, Director of Innovation at Integra Tecnolog\u00eda, told us about the<br \/>\nhas shown how AI is changing to become more accessible to everyone.<br \/>\nthrough the development of the attendees and how they are evolving towards the<br \/>\nwhich are called Artificial Intelligence agents: \u201cTechnological needs<br \/>\nat the enterprise level are evolving from assistants to agents. Also presented were the<br \/>\nThe Impact of Artificial Intelligence in the Food Industry\u201c, a paper entitled \"The Impact of Artificial Intelligence in the Food Industry\".<br \/>\nconstruction\u201d, carried out by PTEC in collaboration with Tekniker and the<br \/>\ninformative document \u201cBoosting the application of Artificial Intelligence\".<br \/>\nfor Informed Decision-Making\u201d, carried out by ANMOPYC in collaboration with<br \/>\nIntegra and ITA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"\"><span style=\"text-align: left; font-size: 18px;\">To begin the round of presentations at this table, Ainhoa Amaro,<br \/>\nCOO of EVOCONS\u00ae, presented his company's commitment to construction 5.0 to<br \/>\nthrough Evoconstructor\u00ae technology. Some of the success stories of this company include<br \/>\nthe development of the fa\u00e7ade of a soccer field for the World Cup in Qatar a<br \/>\nthrough BIM or the realization of the design and planning of the project.<br \/>\nfa\u00e7ade of the Burj Khalifa building: \u201cThanks to the use of programming with<br \/>\ngenetic algorithms, carried out during a week and a half in this project, we achieved<br \/>\nsaving $200,000 compared to the solution initially adopted as<br \/>\nvalid by two architects working for two months\u201d. It also states how<br \/>\nLas Vegas sphere construction and data analysis success story<br \/>\nusing genetic algorithms: \u201cMore than 4 trillion solutions were analyzed.<br \/>\nto find an optimal, error-free solution that had a positive impact on<br \/>\nthe rest of the construction phases of the project\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: left;\">During<br \/>\nCesar Maurin, director of the Department of<br \/>\nDigitalization, Innovation, Trade and Infrastructures of CEOE, is committed to the<br \/>\nArtificial Intelligence as an engine for the development of our country. It states that<br \/>\nfrom Spain we have to invest in training and the implementation of this<br \/>\ntechnology so that in this way we can opt to lead within the European Union.<br \/>\nEuropean this new era to which this new technology brings us.
