{"id":5785,"date":"2025-05-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-05-07T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2025-12-11T13:33:19","modified_gmt":"2025-12-11T13:33:19","slug":"anmopyc-commits-to-attracting-talent-through-its-new-commission","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/anmopyc.es\/en\/anmopyc-se-compromete-con-la-captacion-de-talento-a-traves-de-su-nueva-comision\/","title":{"rendered":"ANMOPYC commits to attracting talent through its new Commission"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">On May 6, 2025, ANMOPYC celebrated the first<br \/>\nmeeting of its newly created Talent Commission, a working forum for the<br \/>\nThe aim of this collaborative project is to address one of the major challenges of the<br \/>\nsector: attracting and retaining professionals<br \/>\nqualified.<\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">During this meeting, Julio Garc\u00eda, Managing Director, was introduced to<br \/>\nHIDROMEK, as coordinator of this Commission, and brought together representatives of several<br \/>\nmember companies and leading entities in the sector. The meeting was inaugurated<br \/>\nby Jorge Cuartero, Managing Director of ANMOPYC, who emphasized the urgency of<br \/>\nchange the traditional perception of the sector and show its most innovative face,<br \/>\ntechnological and forward-looking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">During the meeting, the problems that the company is facing were presented.<br \/>\nthe sector, such as the low representation of women, the low number of women<br \/>\nstaff turnover and gradual aging of workforces and low visibility of opportunities<br \/>\nthe sector has to offer. Good practices already in place were also shared,<br \/>\nsuch as recruitment campaigns in institutes and job fairs, collaboration with<br \/>\nvocational training centers, the promotion of certificates of professionalism and the<br \/>\nadapted to the real needs of the companies or the implementation of<br \/>\ntraining in alternating contracts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Particular interest was generated by the interventions focused on<br \/>\ntraining and requalification of both unemployed and underemployed people.<br \/>\nand also highlighted the initiatives that the company has undertaken in the past few years.<br \/>\npromote the hiring of people with experience in other countries,<br \/>\nadapting its profile to the requirements of the national market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Talent Commission seeks to move towards a roadmap<br \/>\nto bring together the efforts of associated companies, administrations and<br \/>\neducational institutions.
