ImplaPROTEC and ImplaQR: New developments from Implaser at SMOPYC
Implaser awaits you at booth 02 in hall 4
Presenting the innovations in the market, strengthening the competitiveness of companies, and serving as a forum for professionals are just a few of the objectives of SMOPYC. The Public Works, Construction, and Mining Machinery Exhibition is celebrating its 19th edition in 2023 and will take place at the Zaragoza Fair from November 22 to 25.
This event is presented as a driving force for all firms involved in public works, construction, and mining machinery. More than 900 exhibiting brands have already confirmed their presence, guaranteeing a wide range of innovative products and services in the industry. These brands, including Implaser, will come together to showcase their latest advancements, cutting-edge technologies, and sustainable solutions.
Technical sessions, awards, and a commitment to vocational training
Technology and knowledge go hand in hand at SMOPYC. During the exhibition, technical sessions will cover key topics for the machinery industry. There will also be forums on safety in construction equipment and discussions on sustainable mobility. These sessions offer the opportunity to learn and share information with prominent experts, exchange ideas, and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the industry.
Furthermore, as part of SMOPYC's commitment to innovation, the first day of the fair will see the presentation of awards to the winners of the Technical Innovations Contest and the Torres Quevedo Awards.
This edition also highlights a strong focus on vocational training. SMOPYC will sponsor a competition, the final of which will take place during the event, in collaboration with vocational institutes. This competition will allow students to showcase their skills and knowledge in the fields of construction, public works, and mining, giving them the opportunity to firsthand discover the technological innovations and development opportunities the sector offers.
ImplaPROTEC and ImplaQR
Once again, Implaser is participating in SMOPYC as an exhibitor, presenting new developments. If in the 18th edition, the Aragon-based company introduced the LEEYLA management system, the LiftingControl control system, and Autotraza technology to optimize processes, this year in 2023, they are introducing ImplaPROTEC and ImplaQR.
ImplaPROTEC
ImplaPROTEC is a nanotechnological ceramic protector for machinery with anti-adherent properties, easy cleaning, and high hardness, suitable for metallic, porcelain, plastic, or painted surfaces. It is not a paint; the product is based on a dispersion of ceramic nanoparticles, creating an anti-adherent film with a transparent finish, providing shine and hardness to the treated surface. It also prevents premature deterioration caused by various external agents, such as water, ice, moisture, rust, UV radiation, dirt (oils, grease, graffiti, etc.), or scratches. Some of its features include:
Prevents damage caused by water, ice, moisture, rust, UV radiation, and more, as well as damage from dirt and scratches. Has high durability, lasting over 3 years. Its anti-adherent property facilitates maintenance, cleaning, and demolding, extending the materials' lifespan. Resistant to high temperatures (around 120-140°C). Easy application through spraying.

ImplaQR
In the digital age, efficiency and organization are key to a company's success. With ImplaQR, Implaser takes a step towards innovation and excellence in machinery documentation management. This system condenses all equipment documentation into a single QR code, completely transforming the way of interacting with customers and managing resources.
To use ImplaQR, you first need to create the machines available in the platform and add all the necessary information and documentation. A QR code is automatically generated for each machine. The QR design is customizable to adapt it to each brand for sticker printing. The QR labels can be placed on the machines or printed on delivery notes for easy information access. Customers or operators can access all the content by simply scanning their mobile phones over the label.
Some of the features of ImplaQR include:
- Easy access to documentation from anywhere.
- Easy integration into the internal management system for including the code in contracts, emails, or delivery notes.
- Reduces printed paper and email bandwidth congestion.
- Includes a private section specifically designed for technical personnel to ensure that sensitive data and detailed technical guides are only accessible to those with the proper permissions.
- Allows adding or updating machine documentation at any time without modifying the code.
- Complies with the new EU machinery regulation, simplifying the management of machine documentation by providing the EU declaration of conformity and all machine instructions and technical documentation.
Implaser manufactures these stickers with high-grip material for better adhesion, rounded tips to prevent vandalism, and a rough laminate that protects the print and prevents glare.
You can discover the details of these Implaser innovations at their booth, located at stand 02 in hall 4 at SMOPYC.
