Inauguration of COHIDREX Madrid

Last Thursday, May 23, the inauguration of Cohidrex Madrid took place, an event symbolizing the union of Extremadura and Madrid in a shared dream and common project.

Various notable personalities attended the inauguration, including authorities from the Camarma de Esteruelas Town Hall and the Presidency of the Cáceres Chamber of Commerce, as well as industry media, business associations, clients, suppliers, family, friends, and the Cohidrex team.

Attendees traveled from countries such as Chile, Argentina, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Peru, Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia, as well as various regions of Europe including the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, France, and Portugal, and from North Africa. There was also significant representation from different parts of Spain, especially numerous participants from Madrid, a community to which Cohidrex has come with humility to improve and offer better service, just as they have been doing in Extremadura for over 30 years.

In his speech, Alfonso Domínguez, General Manager of Cohidrex, expressed that this project is not only a personal dream but a well-thought-out and carefully considered business venture. "It is a commitment to doing things right and the excitement of bringing to Madrid everything they have been doing in Cáceres for many years."

This business project is inspired by two clearly defined pillars:

Offering Quality Service in Madrid, similar to the service provided by Cohidrex in Extremadura, with humility, eagerness to learn, and recognizing that it is a very demanding challenge. They are ready to face it, knowing their clients are demanding, which motivates them to improve and progress every day.

Strengthening Export Ambitions;  over the past 15 years, Cohidrex has expanded its presence to 56 countries. They believe that from Madrid, they can be more competitive and offer better service, which is their ultimate daily goal.

Alfonso Domínguez also dedicated words to all Cohidrex members, "an excellent team that combines youth and experience, but shares great enthusiasm and a huge commitment to the company."

A special thanks was directed to the founder's family, especially his mother and father, who was the precursor and planted the seed that grew into Cohidrex. He also highlighted the support of his daughter, alluding to his granddaughters. Finally, a special thanks to his wife and partner, Piedad, for her constant support in all the challenges he has undertaken.

The inauguration of Cohidrex Madrid marks an important milestone in the company's expansion and consolidation, reaffirming its commitment to quality and continuous improvement in service.
