• Motor and Power: Moldtech smoothers are powered by two synchronized electric motors for the longitudinal movement of the semi-gantry with adjustable speed.
• Hydraulic Unit: Responsible for powering the hydraulic systems of the 4 kW power smoother, with adjustable blade rotation speed up to a maximum of 130 rpm, with hydraulic lifting and lowering system.
• Oscillating Ruler: With a 1.5 kW motor, with hydraulic lifting and lowering system.
• Remote Control Operation: All Moldtech smoother systems can be operated remotely.
• Safety Systems: Moldtech's smoothing machine adheres to the strictest safety standards, limiting the operating range or performing a complete stop in case of an emergency.
