MOLDTECH supplies high performance tilting tables in Argentina

Moldtech, a recognized manufacturer of the equipment for precast concrete, has just completed a project in Rivadavia, Argentina.

The company delivered two tilting tables to promote the efficient manufacture of precast panels to be used in social and residential housing in the province of Mendoza. This acquisition will improve the productivity and quality of prefabricated buildings in the region.

These 24 x 3.5m tables are specially designed for the manufacture of load-bearing panels, facades and slabs for prefabricated residential buildings.

Due to the current demand, this equipment is added to a previous project with the same characteristics developed by Moldtech in 2020, thus demonstrating the confidence that our clients place in repeating and increasing capacities with our technology.

Built with 2 sides, lower and upper, for panels up to 3.5 m high and equipped with transversal magnetic separators. The base of the table is built with tubes of maximum rigidity and solidity. Besides, its control unit and vibration system conferring quality and simplicity of work for industrialized construction projects.

The polishing of the 10 mm contact plate ensures a perfect panel finish.
