Technical Specifications

Mounted on a high-strength steel platform, which ensures durability and load capacity, the equipment is strategically placed to maximize productivity. The standard configuration includes an access ladder, side and rear closing tarps for component protection and easy access, as well as an aluminum roof that provides additional protection for the equipment.

Components and Systems

To ensure our stations are highly operational, the standard configuration includes:

• Fuel Distribution System: A 5000-liter diesel tank with a distribution pump, counters, and one or two supply reels.
  
• Oil and Grease Storage: Space for several 200-liter oil drums and a 200 kg grease drum, equipped with high-capacity pneumatic pumps, 15-meter industrial reels, and a hoist for easy loading and unloading.
• High-Pressure Cleaning System: A high-pressure pump (30 liters/min at 180 bar), a 20 m hose reel with a lance, powered by a 1000-liter water tank.
• High-Power Compressor: A 55 HP compressor with a hydraulic motor and a 250-liter compressed air tank, ideal for intensive tasks. It powers the pneumatic oil and grease pumps. It includes a steel reel with a flexible hose, along with accessories for tire inflation and a blow gun.
