Masonry or ashlar refers to a type of stone block used in wall covering and construction, commonly found in the northwest Spain.
This machine, weighing approximately 1,550 kg, with a length of 3 meters and a height of 1.8 meters when folded, is equipped with rubber tracks, an 18 kW electric motor, a hydraulic unit with a 60 l/180 bar pump, a lower chassis with a base rotation module, an articulated main arm and boom with a cylinder, a 1,300 mm motorized tower, a 2,500 mm track, and positioning and stabilization systems. It can be operated via remote control or, alternatively, with a control panel.
Its three small pneumatic hammers with water flushing allow for 35 mm diameter and 610 mm long perforations, with a distance of 300 mm between them. The total air consumption of the equipment is around 4,200 liters per minute.
