These figures show that construction continues to be the fastest growing sector of the economy.
By company size, in the annual variation, it is worth noting that all segments grew. Companies with 250 to 499 workers increased the most (5.7%).
The five regions with the highest annual percentage changes were: Valencia, Murcia, La Rioja, Asturias and the Balearic Islands. In contrast, the only three autonomous communities that reduced the number of companies with respect to the previous year were: Extremadura, Galicia and Castilla y León.
